Tom and Jerry go through the ordeal of having a robotic maid cleaning the house.

Tom is sitting in a chair with a radio control and some popcorn, while Jerry is being chased by a pink radio controlled car through a trash strewn house. The chase ends with Jerry managing to get into the car and take control ramming into Tom. The owner scolds Tom about the mess in the house and tells him about the new maid that will be taking care of the house now. There is a knock on the door and in comes Termi-Maid, a robotic house cleaner with an Austrian accent. When Termi-Maid begins her cleaning duties she sees Tom, goes through a few possible responses until she choose to sweep the cat away. As the robotic house cleaner makes her way to the kitchen, Jerry sneaks about and tries to steal a sausage. However, Termi-Maid is too quick for Jerry who ends up in the kitchen sink. Termi-Maid then is seen cleaning the living room where Tom is sleeping, but the maid takes Tom for a spin in the chair causing Tom to fly up into the ceiling. Jerry is seen pushing chocolates into his mouse hole, but the robot lifts up the wall and vacuums up the food along with Jerry, and comes out as a dust ball.

Next, the maid washes the windows outside while Tom has Jerry introduced to a tennis racket. Jerry flies right into the wash bucket where Tom attempts to retrieve him, but Termi-Maid picks them both up and uses them to wash the windows. The two rivals then trick Termi-Maid into leaving the house but their attempt at barring her entry is foiled when she uses her battering ram to knock the door over. Termi-Maid turns into a tank to run the cat and mouse over and then transforms back to her maid self to eliminate  the pair. Tom takes Jerry and the two launch radio controlled airplanes at the maid, but she easily swats the planes down. Tom and Jerry then press the attack and cause more messes to be made and while Termi-Maid is distracted cleaning up Jerry rewires the robot to cause a malfunction. As the robot heads through a wall and into a trash heap, Tom and Jerry eat popcorn and dance in celebration.

Termi-Maid then wakes after an alternate power source is required and heads back to get Tom and Jerry while riding in on a lawn mower. Tom and Jerry head to another room and lock the door behind them, but Termi-Maid disguises herself as the owner and tricks the two to open the door. However, Tom and Jerry manage to escape the trap and head to the kitchen as Tom launches plates and other breakables at the maid. Termi-Maid then shoots a few lasers at the duo when the phone rings. The owner is coming home soon and the maid sets out to fix up the house. When the owner comes home to a spotless house she remarks that the Termi-Maid must come back the following week. Termi-Maid says she doesn't do windows and won't be back as She leaves. Tom and Jerry return to their old antics now that the robotic menace is no more with Tom sticking Jerry on the remote car's hood after placing gum on it, plays when the remote car crashes somewhere and Tom is beaming at the end.
